1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1L of vegetable stock
20 cl of coconut milk
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
Fresh coriander (optional)
Preparation:
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes and onion into pieces.
Brown the onion and garlic in a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the sweet potatoes, vegetable stock, salt and pepper.

Add the chopped garlic, grated ginger, curry powder, turmeric and chilli powder (if using). Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the chopped tomatoes, coconut milk, sweet potatoes and chickpeas. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt, pepper

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
